2. Dining Reservations (OpenTable)

  • Third-Party Booking: Online table reservations are hosted and managed via OpenTable. By placing a reservation, you agree to abide by OpenTable's terms of service in addition to our house rules.

  • Holding Tables: We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time before releasing the table to waiting guests.

  • Cancellations & Modifications: If you need to cancel or change your reservation size, please notify us or update your booking via OpenTable as early as possible. Large parties or special events may be subject to specific cancellation deadlines or deposits communicated at the time of booking.

3. Online Ordering & Payment (Toast)

  • Third-Party Processing: Online pickup and delivery orders are processed through Toast, Inc. All transaction information, billing details, and payment processing are subject to Toast’s terms and security standards.

  • Pricing & Accuracy: Prices, menu items, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for complete accuracy, errors in item descriptions or pricing may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders resulting from inaccurate pricing.

  • Order Fulfillment & Final Sale: Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellations or modifications may not be allowed. Refunds or replacements for incorrect or unsatisfactory orders are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting the restaurant directly.

4. Alcohol Policy

  • Age Verification: In compliance with applicable laws, alcoholic beverages can only be ordered and consumed by individuals aged 21 or older.

  • Identification: Valid, government-issued photo identification is required upon pickup or delivery for any orders containing alcoholic beverages, as well as when ordering at the restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to anyone who cannot provide proper identification or appears intoxicated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, menu descriptions, images, and software—is the property of Fino Ristorante or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
